We will be happy to replace or refund any defective or incorrect item. Please contact us for details. Patterns, books and magazines are not returnable. If you have changed your mind on an item, we will accept a return and deduct a 25% restocking fee only after you have contacted us and we approve the return. We will not refund shipping costs on these items. All sales from our clearance categories, or items otherwise reduced from regular retail prices may not be returned. Fabric which you have washed will not be accepted for return.
